Good things here

I really appreciate the well-organized parking system in our society, especially with allocated spots for residents and visitors. The Apna Complex parking system ensures order and convenience. Additionally, the society's cleanliness and maintenance are top-notch, creating a pleasant living environment. The small size of the community fosters a close-knit atmosphere among educated and friendly neighbors. Celebrating festivals together adds to the sense of community, and having all necessary amenities within the society is incredibly convenient. Recent changes implemented by the new association, such as improved garbage disposal and elevator maintenance, demonstrate a commitment to enhancing residents' quality of life. The emphasis on safety through measures like CCTV surveillance and strict visitor checks further contributes to peace of mind. Good things here

I've been the president for 7 years. There are 8 lifts, and they are well-maintained. Routine maintenance takes about 30 minutes. We have an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for the lifts. In structural portion The society is rated 5, one of the strongest in Noida. The clubhouse and gym are excellent. The swimming pool in A-block is the best and well-maintained. We also have a garden and a play area with 8-10 swings for children aged 5-6 years and a tennis court for older children. The society comprises 300 flats. Events are well-organized. People here are like those in India; some are good, some are ill-mannered. read more

Things need improvement

There's an issue with the construction area, and we've been involved in a court case for 2 years. Registry was not getting processed. In finishing There have been some issues, as some individuals have caused trouble and have been jailed. Their properties have been seized. individually, about 10 people complain of maintenance issues not being addressed. read more

Things need improvement

The society often feels overcrowded, causing inconvenience. Despite numerous complaints to the RWA, stray dogs remain a persistent issue, posing risks after incidents of biting elderly people and infants. Additionally, the presence of pigeons contributes to the untidy environment. Waterlogging occurs during heavy rains, highlighting drainage issues. Many flats also suffer from seepage problems, reflecting subpar construction quality. read more
