What can I say about it besides that is the value of money! Yes, the price is steep but it's natural because this is one of the big projects in the city of Bengaluru. Here you'll track down the ideal offset of green living with a functioning, metropolitan way of life. As it is located at the heart of the city, it has the plus point and we are fascinated by staying here. The environment is ultra-safe with the best facilities. But waterlogging is still an issue. You know, I always knew that Lodha is a premier brand and they will do a good job. Spectra Raaya finds its genesis in this approach. They have provided an excellent atmosphere for this project. I will give them a 5-star rating, it feels like staying in a fairy tale. All units are oriented towards the outside, which allows a minimum of common walls, uninterrupted private views, and abundant natural light and ventilation. A compact 4-unit core configuration allows for optimal density with maximum efficiency. All towers are established in the master plan, to provide a large common green for the entire development, flanked by the clubhouse. This becomes the first visual reference for a resident or visitor. It offers a calm life to all of its residents as I found for myself. Have stayed here for some time and the project is so far perfect for me. Especially appreciate a strong cellphone signal that I did not get in my previous residence, a safe environment, and very fast community maintenance. The design approach was to place the user of this project in paramount importance, and this narrative led to a user-centered design approach. There is a constant effort to create a visual connection between inside and outside. Service and maintenance by Spectra Raaya are very good. Spectra Raaya has impressive designs and construction-façade and is made of glass and second, the view is great! Very well connected which is a scarcity in Bengaluru as I heard. Amazing amenities; especially appreciate the sports facilities, because my children are involved in sports so the place is really helpful for my family. Almost everything you can imagine is here in this project. This area is safe to move around until late at night. The waterlogging problem is still left but then still a small issue. WFH is very easy with a good cellular tower and a quiet atmosphere as a whole. Overall, the place is very impressive! read more
