Newly renovated. New appliances and 2 ACs, 5fans, lots of lights, and curtains. East-facing: Well-lit and ventilated. Fully furnished. <5 minutes from Lilavati Hospital, other labs, schools, market, etc. Close to Bandstand, Hill Rd, yet away from traffic, close to Coastal Rd & Sea-link (drive to Churchgate <30 minutes). The area is fully crowded and noisy with narrow streets that can become overwhelming, particularly during busy times.
