Baner has sound medical infra with hospitals such as Jupiter, Asia Columbia, Sunshine Multispecialty etc. The roads are well connected and everything is nearby like you can go to the nearest mall in few minutes only. The shops, gyms, parks, ATMs and other amenities are readily available just inside here. So, there is no requirement to go outside of the society for buying daily essential items. Almost all types of cabs reach this place on time as there is no connectivity issue or traffic problem. Availability of CCTV cameras and security guards ensures complete safety of the residents as well the visitors. Parking space is ample and you need not worry about anything else. read more

Baner is home to many educational institutes such as GS Moze College of Engineering, VIBGYOR High School etc. The inside roads are well built and are cleaned regularly. The maintenance is done regularly. Also, the management staff is also responsive. The security guards and installed CCTV cameras gives a sense of security. The best part is that these cabs are available at all times. Street lights are there at even the next step. Baner enjoys excellent road connectivity to other areas of the city via Baner road, Pashan-Sus road and NH-48. So, the homes are well constructed, and maintenance is also performed periodically. Safety and security are things about which you do not have to worry about as they are taken care of well. One of the problems you might face is network problems. Almost all major schools and colleges are available nearby.
