Good things here

There is no water shortage as Apartment has borewell and Kaveri line facility. There is a bus stop at 200 mts away where buses are available at every 5 mins to any part of the city. There are numerous restaurants available in 100 mts away.The road has become just like MG road :) . read more

Property is in the market area :) Sometimes noie can be an issue but it is not avoidable and obviuos that if some wants to live in premium area where all facilities are at 100 meter distance max there is bound to be a noise which can not be avoidable. . read more

The house is walking distance from Sparsh Hospital, New Hillview Public School, Banks, Hotels and market area. Metro is less than 2 kms away. Power cuts are few, Corporation water supply is adequate. Road is well laid, quiet and safe area for a family. Covered parking for car and one two wheeler. Posh area. Off the main road so hardly any vehicular movement. read more
