The landscape is well-maintained, and the gym functions well. We have a large walking track where I enjoy peaceful evening walks. Within the community, there's a supermarket and grocery stores, and a bus stop and school are within about 1 km. The road condition is good, with functional street lights and ample parking space. Maintenance includes daily cleaning and separate collection of wet and dry waste. Water and power supply are reliable, and the lift operates smoothly. Amenities such as table tennis, basketball court, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, walking track, community hall, and children's play area are available. The surrounding people are friendly, and the committee members organize all festivals. read more

I currently live here and everything is excellent. The connectivity is perfect with autos, cabs, metro, and nearby railway stations. The airport and hospital are conveniently close. The amenities are fantastic, including a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubs. The neighbourhood is friendly and safe. Maintenance is top-notch with clean lifts and efficient garbage collection. There are no issues with construction. Security is thorough with CCTV monitoring and ample parking options, including guest parking. There are no stray dogs causing any problems. read more

Good things here
Connectivity, including cabs and autos, is easily available in the society if we book through Ola and Uber. People are very friendly and respectful here. Overall maintenance is very good in the society.
Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area, all of which are available and well-maintained. The locality of the society is very good, and there is a lot of open space inside, making it very convenient.
Hospitals are nearby, around 2-3 kilometers from the society, which is convenient for emergencies. Water facilities are excellent in the society with 24/7 availability, and power backups are also provided. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately every day. read more

The construction quality is not good in the flats. There is a lot of seepage, and the sewage system is very bad, leading to various issues in the society. Additionally, there is a lot of traffic outside the society, which is very inconvenient. read more

I am very pleased with this place. Maintenance is well-managed with regular cleaning and prompt garbage collection. The construction quality is superb with no issues like seepage, leakage, or cracks. The amenities, including the garden, children's play area, swimming pool, and gym, are great and meet all my needs. Connectivity is excellent with easy access to autos, cabs, the metro, the railway station, and the airport. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming.
