Good things here

Connectivity to MG road, SV road ang Metro Station is very good. Mahavirnagar is a cream locality with loads of eateries around and all the conveniences required. Also many parks are accessible like Kapol garden, Potdar Gymkhana, etc. Schools like Pawar Public School and Kapol school are at walking distance. Raghuleela mall is also just 10minutes. The area is dominated with Gujaratis and Marwaris. There are also jain tenples and Havelis in this area. The Society has good families living with good festivals and events like Navratri, Ganesh Chaturti, Diwali, Republic Day. Cricket tournaments and many others. People are helpful and cooperative. read more

Things need improvement

The apartment is not so well maintained. Iifts require repair all the time. There are a couple of issues related to buildings construction. read more
