Good things here

The society has excellent greenery, and the water facility is top-notch, with power backup also available. Supermarkets are conveniently located within the society, and there are nearby medical shops, salons, fruit shops, and markets within walking distance. The kids' play area is spacious and well-maintained, and there's even a playschool inside the society. Ventilation inside the flat is excellent due to the numerous windows. read more

Getting around can be tough on Saturdays and Sundays as cabs and autos are scarce, which can be inconvenient for residents. International schools are located quite a distance away, about 5-6 kilometers from the society. read more

The USP of Mantri Lithos is the location (being inside Manyata Tech Park) & the luxury feel with exclusive design/spacious construction. Delays in completion of amenities by Builder, was a concern. Recent developments at the project have taken the project to next level - Completion of Clubhouse, Salon, Creche, Squash court, Theatre, Ganesha Temple, Spa (all inside the apartment complex). Proximity to offices and other facilities in MEBP are implicit. read more
