Shriram Liberty Square is a RERA registered project that offers a perfect combination of high-class infrastructure and comfortable living. Liberty Square offers facilities like Gym, Lift, sewage treatment, rainwater harvesting and amenities like a Badminton court, Basketball court, Jogging track, Lawn tennis and Swimming pool, parking space. Shriram Liberty Square is a new residential project in Bangalore. It is located in Electronic City Phase 2. The brand-new project is offering 2 BHK and 3 BHK configurations. we booked 2 BHK apartments and we are impressed by the apartment design and luxurious features. the project is currently in a pre-launch stage and we are expecting the handover by 2022. The construction of the project is in progress. we have visited the property quite a lot of times and checked the amenities. Overall, the project is budget-friendly and one can go for it since it's located in a hotspot area. read more

It is one of the good projects but I feel that this is quite expensive than other projects around. Though it is located in an industrial area, the cost of living is high. The location is connected with the heart of the city and therefore it will create a lot of traffic congestion in the peak hours. The construction of the roads is also not good and there is also a small space for parking area. I also feel that the surrounding creates a lot of pollution because of the other construction going on. The area is a bit noisy too. I would suggest everyone look for other projects before investing in this one. read more

These cities are two large residential housing markets in India, contributing to approximately 31.24% of the launches and 34.22% of the sold inventory in India’s seven cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad and Kolkata), across calendar years 2016 to 2017 and the six months ended June 30, 2018.

As of November 30, 2018, we have 25 completed projects, representing 12.86 million square feet of Saleable Area, out of which our 20 completed projects in the cities of Bengaluru and Chennai accounted for 87.69% of our Saleable Area. Further, 81.88% of our total Saleable Area for completed projects were in the mid-market category and affordable housing category (with midmarket and affordable categories accounting for 48.02% and 33.86% respectively), and the remainder in the commercial and office space and luxury housing categories, as of November 30, 2018.
