ATS Rhapsody proposed to deliver a lot of installations for the residents as it's having a huge place for tree plantation and gardening which makes a well-ventilated atmosphere across the campus. This residence comprising playgrounds for my children, with a swimming pool, gyms, spaces for meditation and yoga as well. I will meditate here every morning. Also, I love that it has some open space for morning or evening walk for my parents. Badminton court is proposed by them also. There is also a proposed community hall for doing meetings and festivals altogether. I really like this place would be the greatest choice for all the residents in future years. read more

As a future resident of the ATS Rhapsody I feel satisfied with their proposed amenities. I will buy a 2 BHK flat for myself with much affordable prices with the perfect accommodation. Both 2BHK and 3BHK flats have attached balconies with decent room decoration and ample amount of spaces in the dining room, bedroom, kitchen and living room till now. The authority promised that building will have fastest elevators, a good water supply, perfect drainage and sewage systems with good electricity services including AC, lights and ceiling fans, geysers as well. Thus according to me, it will be an excellent choice for everyone who are looking for a luxurious dwelling. This project is a RERA registered project and home loans are also approved by them. read more

Except for all, I have to include some issues that should be checked by the authorities of this upcoming project. Like waterlogging issue happen due to Untimely maintenance of roads after a heavy rain which creates many problems to the people of this location. The nearest metro station which is located at Sector-52 Noida which is 13km away from the project have to depend on cabs to reach. Severe damages on roads lead to major road accidents and proper maintenance of roads is harshly needed. I think this damaged roads will be major issues for the residents if the proper maintenance will not happen. Lack of streetlights on NH-24 which is quite disappointing. read more

Adequate connection with roads and highways is also a major reason for the suggestion. Noida has a strong infrastructure for job facilities that would be quite favourable. This place has very good alliances with NH-24, FNG, Taj and Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. And way improved connection with New Hindon Bridge for reducing traffic issues. Ghaziabad railway station is the nearest station at just 17 km away from this project. This society has a good transport system as NMRC buses that run between Sector-1 and Sector 51 Noida. Schools such as Deshraj Public School, DS International, and RL International School are at stones throw distance, Arogaya and Tripathi Hospital and Citi Super Mart, Ace City Square and Valencia Square are easily accessible. I will definitely love it here. read more

It is a perfect blend of traditional and contemporary art and design of buildings and the whole campus as well. I will be dwelling in the residence in 2025 and will have all the latest amenities including professional security services, ample space for car parking, proper services as they proposed.
