Traffic jams have been reported here, causing inconvenience to the local people in case of emergency. These days potholes are becoming a problem for the local people. After the rains, during the rainy days, the pits get filled with water, causing a lot of trouble to the people. The water supply from the three areas is also not good.

Closeness to the bus stand and auto stand with no traffic issues makes this a well-connected place and I would recommend it for everyone whose is looking to buy a modern apartment or flat at reasonable price. I never faced any water or power related problems as there is a power backup and you get to enjoy facilities at one place like green lush gardens. read more

Some issues are very disturbing and the authorities should take some steps regarding them. Most of the time I face severe traffic during school hours and I am not able to reach my school on time. Roads get waterlogged most of the time during monsoon and this creates a major problem in the water supply system. The swimming pool in the complex is not well maintained and there are no street lights on the tracks, causing great inconvenience to the elderly. There is no sanitization panel at the entrance of the estate which is much needed nowadays. read more

I would to include some external facilities of this place yet I had. It is well connected to roads and highways which is hugely beneficial for me. The locality has an efficient transportation system for reacting any destination in tome. The locality has advanced medical clinics, strong infrastructure of IT hubs, educational facilities like most of the well known schools are located near the estate. The job opportunities and presence of basic conveniences are the main characteristics that support the real estate also. read more
