Some of my favourites? 24-hour water supply, reserve power, CCTV, business centre, restaurant, cafeteria, energy-saving features and conservation, and others. Yes, some waterlogging issue arises during the rainy season but overall security and environmental security is top-notch. Everything is at your fingertips.
