Good things here

The atmosphere all around the house is very pleasant and green. Water and electricity supply is always available. Facilities like gym, lift and CCTV camera are available. Good schools and hospitals are available near the house. Public transportation facility is also good. Cabs, taxis and buses are easily available. read more

Things need improvement

Roads have not been built in many places. In some places, construction work is still going on, due to which there is a lot of noise and pollution. There are often traffic jams on the main road. read more

Good things here

The locality here is very nice and all the amenities are present, this society is just beside the Wakad police station and all the necessary shops are nearby. And the main Phoenix Mall of the Millenium is just 5 minutes away. The environment is very good and even all the main areas like the Aundh and Baner are very much near. read more

In the evening there is a lot more traffic and going out in the evening is very difficult specially on weekends. Whenever you are need in some thing in urgent and if it is in the evening time then it is very difficult as due to the corporate rush it creates a huge traffic jam. read more

There are few schools in the vicinity; and road conditions are poor with inadequate street lighting. Parking is a constant issue due to limited space; and markets are located far from the area. Grocery stores have early closing hours. Additionally, Swimming pool for children ,and the adult swimming pool is poorly maintained .The absence of a hospital and police station raises safety concerns; especially for women and children at night read more

This area is a excellent as is has good connectivity facilities like public transport, autos, share ride services like uber, Ola etc.The roads are also very wide and spacious due to which less accidents take place. It also offers other facilities like shopping malls, restaurant , hospital, local markets etc , that caters to the needs of wide range of residents living here.
