1. We feel very safe while living inside the society. 2. The is ample transportation facilities available from within the society. For example - Cabs, Autos, Metros, and the Expressway. 3. The construction is on MIVON standards and is earthquake resistant. 4. There is NO seepage we have observed during the rainy season. 5. The Maintenance Charges are nominal as compared with the existing nearby societies read more
