Good things here

There are many trees planted on the sides of the house. There is not much crowd here. The house has been built beautifully from inside and outside. Many designs are available in the house. Electricity power backup and water supply are good. There is a good restaurant nearby. Parking is also available. Online delivery service is also available here. This place is safe at night. read more

The rent and maintenance charges are a bit high. There is a need to increase medical services in this area as well. read more

As you may know, Gulmohar Park was originally built as a community for journalists, but today practically all professions coexist harmoniously here. There are guards at every entrance, there are no power outages, and the entire society is well lit at night, making it incredibly safe.
