The construction quality is excellent, with impressive and modern interiors. Our apartments have great ventilation, keeping them fresh and airy. The community is friendly and welcoming. Connectivity is a major issue, it's nearly impossible to find autorickshaws and cabs. Maintenance is poor, with tasks often delayed or ignored. Garbage management is a mess, and the overall upkeep of the society is disappointing. Promised amenities are missing, and the garden is not maintained. Additionally, the society doesn't provide a plumber, so we have to hire one ourselves, which is quite inconvenient. read more
