Hoping amenities are available as soon as possible, as they were scheduled to be by phase 1 handover. Everything else is OK. The idea was appealing, and the villas were well-designed. One of the combinations even has a lift option. The gazebo and patio area were beautiful. Solar electricity was an interesting option.

I liked the Crescendo layout since the interior space is well utilised and no carpet surface is wasted owing to uneven constructions. It does have a limited choice of amenities, but it is suitable for folks searching for basic amenities ( It has basic amenities like gym, kids play area, indoor badminton, swimming, power backup )
