Good things here

I would say based on my living experience for quite long time except for plastering related cracks it has its strength in build quality. How ever the apartment looks more like a 2000s than 2010s. Still it stands out as a mid-sized gated community with all essential features of a gated community. Its secure in nights, highly functional community and builder has many communities built in the area. read more

Things need improvement

Quality of walls are sturdy, but they have developed more cracks comparatively. These cracks can be annoying to look but functionally have very minor issues. I have remediated the cracks in my house and I have no big issues with them. In another painting session those surfaced can mostly disappear for long time. It's a four-story construction and comparatively the structure is built to endure. read more
