Good things here

The greenery and exteriors of the project were impressive, and the club facilities were excellent. The convenient location and satisfying view from the apartment were also highlights. However, I was disappointed by the poor construction quality, with frequent issues of seepage affecting the overall maintenance. The lack of nearby shops and poor plaster and fittings further added to the negative experience. Additionally, the absence of metro connectivity and substandard public transport made commuting a hassle. read more

The beautiful architecture and good lift quality were also notable features that added to its appeal. However, the main road leading to the society was in very bad condition, causing inconvenience. Additionally, the non-pet friendly environment was a downside for pet owners like me. Despite these challenges, the park space, greenery, and accessibility to amenities were excellent highlights of the property. read more

The well-maintained club and the convenient location of the society. The spacious playground and easy availability of cabs and autos are also some of the likes. In terms of maintenance, I value the good maintenance services and ample parking space provided within the society. Additionally, the lush green surroundings and beautiful architecture are also pleasant aspects that I enjoy. read more

The very poor construction quality of the society, with frequent seepage issues and poor plaster and fittings, is a major concern for me. Additionally, the lack of shops and poor public transport connectivity are significant drawbacks. Moreover, the high congestion on the main road that connects the society is a major concern. The non-pet friendly policy and arrogant attitude of some residents further contribute to the negative aspects of living in the society. read more
