The connectivity in the society is quite good because the society is connected with the main road, thus making autos, cabs and rickshaws easily accessible. The construction quality of the building is also okay as there are no issues of seepage or cracks, Lift facilities are available, security here is also okay with CCTVs installed in the soc. The people of the society are also engaging and cooperative. Public park is also here catering to the recreational needs. read more

There are many issues relating to electricity and water supply. Water comes at specific times during the day which poses major problems. There are no amenities available such as gyms, swimming pools or club house. Although parking area is here but sometimes it seems to be very congested. read more

The flats have good ventilation and plenty of sunlight. The cleanliness is well-maintained, and we have continuous water supply 24/7. Nearby, there are malls and restaurants, and public transport is easily accessible. read more

The construction quality is poor; inferior quality wood has been used, and there are issues with peeling walls and dampness. Residents are not cooperative, leading to frequent arguments and disputes. Parking space is limited within the society, and outside on the main road, vehicles often cause congestion due to parking.
