Nice construction of homes with lots of parking space and good connectivity along with all the basic facilities available at one place are a few plus points of this project. There are no problems related to power or water supply. Everything is available within a walking distance. Nice parks, jogging tracks, well-developed roads, and houses are a few other major advantages. Roha is a small town and a Taluka in Raigad district, Maharashtra. Roha is located between the banks of the Kundalika River and the hills of Kalasgiri. The region is connected to Mumbai by the Panvel harbor railway line and to Karjat by the Panvel-Karjat line. Roha is the starting point of the northern end of the Konkan Railway, whereas Kankanadi near Mangalore is at the southernmost point. This locality is off of the Mumbai Goa Highway, via the Kolad road. This is the terminal of the Central Railway. The innovation park is projected to be completed in the next 10 years. The MMRDA is taking help from the Science and Technology Park, which is a part of Pune University, to facilitate the setting up of the park. The locale has a huge industrial setup.
