There are no network concerns in this location, and public transportation, road conditions, and parking facilities are all excellent. There are more markets, retail malls, colleges, and hospitals here, and the nighttime safety is good. Public transportation is also excellent, since you can go to the nearest auto or bus station in a matter of minutes. There is also no lack of electricity or water.
