Good things here

The connectivity in our society is fantastic; I find autos and buses easily available whenever I need them, which makes commuting convenient and hassle-free. Maintenance is consistently on point, with regular upkeep ensuring everything runs smoothly and stays clean. I haven't experienced any issues with seepage or leakage, which speaks to the good construction quality here. the neighbors are genuinely helpful and friendly, creating a supportive community atmosphere read more

Things need improvement

In my society, amenities are quite limited; we only have a park available. While it's nice to have green space, I do feel that more amenities would add to our quality of life here. Additionally, I believe that regular cleaning of the common areas would greatly improve the overall upkeep of the community. These are areas where I think there's room for improvement to make our living environment even better. read more

Good things here

The connectivity here is excellent�Ola and Uber are readily available, and you can find an autorickshaw with just a short 100-meter walk. There are several schools nearby, and the market is within walking distance. Maintenance is top-notch with regular garbage collection and segregation. The construction quality is impressive, with no seepage or waterlogging in the society. There's a jogging park within the society, and nearby recreational facilities like a basketball court and swimming pool. Security is excellent, and there's ample parking space available. read more

Although there are amenities nearby, they are paid and not provided by the society. The visitors' parking space is quite limited. Other than that, everything is great here. read more

Good things here

Transportation connectivity near the society was satisfactory with availability of public transport. Schools were close by. Construction quality was also good with no seepage and leakage issues, as infrastructure was new. There was a small park for children. Maintenance quality was also good with no water supply or drainage issues. Parking was alloted. The neighborhood was friendly and cooperative and celebrated all festivals and events together. CCTVs and security guards are present. The roads were wide and spacious. Balconies were provided. read more

Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse were not available.

Byculla is located in central Mumbai, with the neighborhoods of Nagpada, Mumbai Central, and Mahalaxmi to the west, Agripada and Jacob Circle to the north-west, Chinchpokli and Madanpura to the north, and Reay Road and Ghodapdeo to the north-east. Within the jurisdiction of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), Byculla is part of Ward "E." Byculla was an outgrowth of the island of Mazagaon, which was one of the seven that eventually merged to form Mumbai in the late 18th century. It was low-lying Flats that were flooded by the Great Breach at Mahalaxmi at high tide. However, in 1784, the Hornby Vellard project successfully sealed the gap, effectively merging Bombay's seven islands into a single island. Real estate prices in Byculla, as in the rest of Mumbai, have risen dramatically in recent years. This is especially true in the Motisha Lane neighborhood, which is home to numerous luxurious high-rise apartments popular among Mumbai's wealthy Jain population. Byculla is home to an expanding number of Dawoodi Bohra and other orthodox Muslims, who, like other Gujaratis, are heavily involved in commerce.
