I really appreciate the well-maintained elevators and the efficiency of the security guard. The construction quality is top-notch, and the apartments are spacious with no seepage or termite issues. The ventilation is excellent, and the POP finish adds an aesthetic touch. Garbage collection is regular, with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. There�s reliable electricity and water supply, designated parking for each resident, and the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-kept. The neighbors are incredibly nice and friendly, always looking out for one another. The connectivity is excellent, with easily available public transport and a nearby market. read more

Things need improvement

Honestly, there's not much to dislike. The only minor issue is the absence of CCTV cameras in the parking and on the floors. Other than that, everything is great. read more

The security in the society is good; the guard stays at the gate all the time. Autos and buses are available on time. Cleaning is done on time, and the garbage is collected every morning, so nothing is dirty. There are also no problems with seepage. read more

Autos and cabs are readily available, and ventilation of society is also good. The society offers all modern amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and park. Good things here

Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and indoor games are available and well-maintained. Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily available if we book Ola or Uber, which is very convenient. It is located on a main road, so everything is easily accessible. Maintenance costs are reasonable. Public transportation, like buses, is available within 100 meters, making it convenient. There is a supermarket within walking distance. Parking areas are spacious. Visitor parking is available. Shops are nearby within walking distance. Water facilities are very good, and there are reliable power backups. Garbage collection is efficient; they collect both wet and dry waste. read more

Construction quality is very poor, there are seepages and issues in the society. Metro is still under construction nearby, which makes connectivity inconvenient. Traffic is a significant issue outside because it's a main road near the society. read more
