Our society offers many benefits, and markets. Residents have designated parking spaces, and garbage collection is regular. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, and the electricity and water supply are reliable. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues, and the homes have proper ventilation, good plaster, and fittings. Modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, and we've been staying here for a long time. Additionally, a security guard is available for safety. read more

Due to the landscape area, public transport options like autos, cabs, and buses are not readily available, which can be inconvenient for residents. Conveniently, there are local markets, a vegetable market, and readily available auto cabs nearby. Within our community, essential services like water supply, power backup, and garbage collection are consistently and promptly managed. Things need improvement
There's no metro station near the committee, and there's no mall nearby either. We don't have a swimming pool or clubhouse in the society, and although there's a gym, it's always closed and never opens. The parking area in the committee is too small and needs to be bigger. read more
