Decent affordable society. location is best in Noida. Malls are nearby and good hospitals and schools as well. read more

Things need improvement

Maintenance getting better since nbcc got on board. Construction quality is below average. To much Rats and insects in neighbouring towers of society market. Stray dogs in the society is big concern. read more

Best place for living at this range of cost. Public transport like cabs and taxi are easily available. low traffic jam area. No water logging area. Good schools and hospitals are located in this region. Well litted streets, often police patrolling make this area safe . Along with that great cleanliness and population is not so much overcrowded make this area ideal for living. read more

The disadvantage of living in this region is the area is under construction so very much noise pollution occurs due to machinery work. also some mannual potholes are open which creates lot of trouble for pedestrians. Sometime low rate of water supply also causes many household problems. read more
