Good things here

Well connected by public transport, close to metro station and bus station. Wide roads and green spaces. Adequate water supply , no shortages. Hospitals and schools are close by. read more

Nothing of concern Decent residents and neighborhood all around. Buses may not be very frequent but many other bus stops are very close by. read more

Good things here

THIS INDEPENDANT BUILDING COMES WITH 3 HOUSES. ONE DUPLEX HOUSE WITH 4 BEDROOMS, 4 BATHROOMS AND 2 LIVING ROOMS (ONE IN THE LOWER LEVEL AND ONE IN 1ST FLOOR) AND A DINING ROOM. THERE ARE 2 RENTAL HOUSES ABOVE THE DUPLEX HOUSE . EACH UNIT IS A 1BHK THAT PROVIDES A VERY GOOD RENTAL INCOME EVERY MONTH. 1. There are 2 metro stations at a 10 min walkable distance from home. Atthiguppe metro station and deepanjali nagar metro station are easily accessible by walk. 2. Kaveri water supply is available 24/7 and water from borewell is also available in plenty. Two large separate water tanks are installed for corporate and borewell water with a flexibility merge them as needed. 3. There is a gasline pipe connection from outside the house to the entire building (duplex and 2 rental houses) 4.Super markets, local groceries, fruit market, vegetable vendors are very close by (walkable distance). 5. Malls are also located at a short distance. Global Divinity mall, GT mall and Gopalan mall are located at 20 mins drive distance. 6. Street lights are lit past 6:30pm. Any repair are immediately fixed by the corporates and well maintained. 7. There not much frequent power cuts in the area. The entire building is backed up by a emergency power backup (UPS generator) 8. Attiguppe is a popular locality in west Bangalore, India. It derives its name from the Vijayanagara empire that flourished in south India during 15th and 16th centuries. It is bound by Mysore and Magadi Road, with Chord Road cutting through. Maruti Mandir, The New Cambridge High School, Kilaseshwara Temple, Shani Mahatma temple, Kodandaramaswamy temple, Shiva Ganapati temple, Adichunchunagiri temple, Prasanna Ganapathi Temple,Historic Laksmi-Narasimha Temple, Attiguppe, are some of the prominent temples in this area. This locale is in close proximity to RV Engineering College, PES Institute of Technology, the Bangalore University and the National Law School of India University. The area also houses a large Public Library, which is one of the largest in Karnataka. The locale also boasts of a unique Karnataka Haridasa Scientific Research Centre housed in the spacious Vijaya Ranga building.
