I did thorough study on this property, as I liked the project.
There are some serious issues with the properties.
1. There is Nala/Raj kaluve in their property and seems like some plots will come under the buffer zone, hence it needs thorough investigation before you select any plot
2. They will try to trap you stating their property is BMRDA approved and they will get you individual E-Khata, however they don't have RERA approval. When I checked the status in RERA portal, it got rejected due to lack of proper documents
Therefore, this looks like they don't have proper papers as well.
