The apartment is very close to all the amnesties like grocery shops, street vendors, the food stalls are all over the place and they are very hygienic and rich in taste plus they are very affordable. Vegetable markets are huge and they have weekly markets as well.

Except of occasional water issues, it’s a very nice place to make a living. The entire locality has space to take a walk or kids can play without getting hurt. The place also have well maintained gardens and kids play areas.

The place is very close to the metro which runs throughout the city which makes commuting very easy and affordable plus its time saver. Shared autos and buses run through all the locality which is also very cheap.

It’s a beautiful society at the sarakki signal junction. Its very easy to spot as it is right on kanakpura main road. The locality is very well maintained greenery within the premises. The whole place is covered in beautiful trees and plants it looks very pretty.

The location is very safe and secure, the environment is very calm and peaceful. No sort of crimes happens anywhere near. The guards are always at the entry and exits, the place even has cctv cameras all around the corners of the society.
