This apartment in perambur has very few 1BHK homes available, so dont lose this opportunity slip away.This 1BHK is ideal for family and is budget friendly. This East facing proprty comes with a convenient parking lot for bike and car. 24hrs water facility and separate EB card. Good things here
It is very nice area with a lot of green spaces and open parks nearby. There is not so much traffic and crowd which I liked. Street lights are also decent. Cabs and transport facilities are available easily. read more

The thing that I disliked about this area is that in past months there were theft crimes in the area. But the good thing is that they are improving by providing more gaurds at main gate of the area. read more
