We were given a flat with a damaged balcony wall, with the promise that it would be repaired along with the building's exterior painting, but they later lied and said it was done by a grill person on the balcony; we showed proof of a picture before the grill work, but the builder and their worker did not pick up the phone or come to fix it, despite repeated calls. read more
