Kids play area is very spacious and well-maintained with good play items.Apolo hospitals is very near to the society. Maintaining of lift is average. read more

Sometimes the maintenance is not up to the mark because the management does not take care of the cleanliness and also sometimes forgot to collect garbage. The maintenance charges are also a bit expensive. read more

Perungudi is a residential cum commercial locality in the south Chennai area close to the sea. The neighbouring localities include Guindy, Velachery, VGP Selva Nagar and TP Nagar.
