Good things here

Transport connectivity near the society is satisfactory with easy availability of cabs and autos. Maintenance quality of the society is also fine. All matters are handled by the committee. Construction quality is also good with no seepage and leakage issues. There are open parks. Residents are decent and celebrate all festivals like lohri, Diwali etc. read more

Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available as it's a small society with limited flats. read more

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Water supply is good. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society Mobile network issues are not faced. No such major electricity issues are faced. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. CCTV is available. Lift is available and maintained properly. read more

Transportation connectivity near the society is good. though the construction quality of the building is good but some times we have to face issues like water logging and seepage. as these are personal apartment so the construction quality is good. read more

The desired staff for the cleaning could be better so we have to hire personal staff for the cleanliness. even the park maintenance is done by ourselves only. there is an issue of pests in the society. society ka maintenance kaafi km hai we have to fix everything ourselves. read more
