Good things here
Public transport is easily accessible. Maintenance fees are determined by square footage. Gyms and clubhouses are well-maintained with clean flooring. The building has 19 towers, and solar panel installation is underway. read more
Things need improvement
The metro station is located 1KM away from the society, and there is no swimming pool within the premises. However, cleanliness standards are not satisfactory. Additionally, there is a perception among some individuals that residents with smaller flats may not be as friendly compared to those with larger houses. read more

The project is spread over a total area of 5.45 acres of land. It has 45% of open space. The society of this residence is so fresh and has lot of space space for gardening. The place is so calm for meditation and yoga as well. I will do meditation here every morning. The Rajhans Group proposed us to include basketball, football courts, cricket grounds, badminton court in this campus. They also offered us some additional conveniences like a swimming pool, kids pool, aerobic rooms, gym, small theatre, party halls etc. The building is very good with the best fittings and fixtures of buildings and other structures as well. read more

I am going to live here and I'm happy with their services and recommendations for upcoming conveniences so much. I think It will give me a proper home-like feeling as well. The developers till now gave the best qualities of indulgences and maintenance to everyone. The under constructed rooms have ample spaces to live and are well ventilated too. Decorations of every room are very high quality yet. Rooms will be beautifully coloured floors will be designed with beautiful patterns of tiles. I love this all over settlements. read more

Here are some negative factors that I have to include here. Lots of potholes have been found in the highways and roadways of this place due to the lack of maintenance of the authority which creates fatal accidents as the local people reported. Waterlogging issues on the streets have been reported here due to lackness of maintaining properly. There is no streetlights in the roads of this vicinity which is quite a disappointment for the inhabitants. read more

Major factors of liking this place that is the vicinity is well-connected via NH-24, FNG, Taj and Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Techzone-4, Artha SEZ and Knowledge Park have vastly connected to this place. Gaziabad is easily accessible through NH 24 which is my actual home and for that I can easily reach to my home in an emergency. NMRC buses that run between Sector-1 and Sector 51, Noida also. Deshraj Public School, DS International, and RL International School and Arogaya and Tripathi Hospital are so connected with this place. read more
