Previously, traffic congestion was a common occurrence around the society, causing delays for residents. Additionally, despite one wing having six flats, only two lifts were operational, resulting in extended waiting periods. Some flats experienced dampness issues, necessitating attention and maintenance to address the problem effectively. read more

Public transport is readily accessible with excellent connectivity. The residents are cooperative and respectful. The flats have good ventilation and ample sunlight, which is not an issue. read more

Things need improvement

We have a big traffic problem near our society, making it hard to get around. Our apartments have a lot of leaks and damp spots, which tells us they weren't built very well. There aren't enough facilities for all the people who live here, and the clubhouse and tennis court aren't in good shape either. The neighborhood isn't as clean as it should be, and we feel we pay too much for maintenance without getting our money's worth. The valet service isn't great either, and we have issues with the elevators breaking down almost every week read more
