Good things here
I was a former resident there, and the elevators were always well-maintained. There were CCTV cameras and security guards available. Garbage collection was regular with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The electricity and water supply were available 24/7. Each resident had designated parking, and the neighbours were very nice and friendly, always looking out for each other. read more
Things need improvement
There was no public transport nearby and only one market near, plus frequent water logging used to happen. Dampness, leakage, and rusting were common issues. Additionally, a membership was needed to access the amenities. read more
