Good things here

1) street lights are often good and it is suitable for walking at 9 pm and great connections to market 2) it's safe because there are police patrol often going on here so I feel safe 3 ) there are power cuts but for very rare cases 4) there are many franchise like pizza Hut burger King dominos and soo on many hotels are present here 5) there are very few number of school in this location but children prefer to go to other areas 6) there is no water supply for person living in room he himself has to make the arrangement of water of drinking

Things need improvement

1) Water shortage for drinking 2) Traffic jams at morning 3) High sound pollution 4 )air pollution due to vehicles 5) no proper disposal of waste

It is a pleasant area with sanitary conditions, and it is constantly monitored by CCTV and police officers. Many other amenities are also nearby. The area is safe and mostly populated by college students.

Kattigenahalli is a pleasant neighbourhood. It is a good choice to buy property here because it is well developed and large companies are being built. In terms of education, there are many nearby good schools and colleges. It is a good location with less traffic, and we have excellent engineering colleges.
