Nagarabhavi is a Bangalore, Karnataka, India, residential neighbourhood. Nagarabhavi is located in West Bangalore, between Mysore Road and Magadi Road. It is bounded on the north by Vijaynagar, on the east by Bangalore University and Chandra Layout, on the west by Magadi Road and Sir.M.V.Layout, and the south by Kengeri. Nagarabhavi is classified into two stages: Nagarabhavi 1st stage and Nagarabhavi 2nd stage. This neighbourhood is traditionally recognized as the home of Bangalore University, although it also contains the National Law School of India University. Dr Ambedkar Institute of Technology is also located in this region. And the second level of KLE Institute at Nagarabhavi. The first stage of Nagarabhavi includes the communities of Maruthinagara, Kalyana Nagara, Nagarabhavi Village, Canara Bank Colony, Bhairaveshwara Nagar, and Moodala Palya, among others. These neighbourhoods are densely inhabited and have a lot of business activity along the main Nagarabhavi road. In addition, these locations have narrower streets and more rugged terrain. The second stage of Nagarabhavi is opposed to the first. While the first stage is quite old, the second stage is a newer location. The latter is exceptionally well designed, with most areas having broad roadways and excellent road connectivity.

Good things here

this locality is the ready-made place for family people as they will be getting all the facilities here.good quality of drinking water is available in our area. Each and every day morning, we will be getting newspaper and milk delivered to our doors. All the online apps like Amazon and Flipkart and bigbasket provide home delivery. Lots of schools and hospitals are also located in the surrounding areas.

Things need improvement

we often face the traffic jam problems in our area. Some of the times it will be at the peak level and we get a delay of half an hour while travelling. It is always better if we leave our home earlier.

Good things here

The house is in a BDA residential layout, with 40ft roads that allow car parking on both sides with plenty of room left for traffic in between. The neighbors are friendly, and there are multiple BDA parks that you can walk to including the award winning Buddha Park. There are multiple schools nearby including KLE, Orchids International, and Vidyanitetan Public School, and Fortis Hospital Nagarbhavi is a 5 minute drive away.

Things need improvement

There's no mall (and hence no multiplex) that's in the locality. Orion mall is about a 30 minute drive which is where we used to go to. There are other malls on Magadi Road and in RR Nagar that are closer, but not as big as Orion.

One of the best and well planned BDA layouts in Bangalore. It offers the best features of an ideal model layout.

Nothing to dislike. It is one of the premium BDA layouts planned in Bangalore. The locality offers the best features which a model layout will possess.

Good things here

The streetlights are placed everywhere and no issue regarding cab availability. They will take the electric charges as per the government announced. No history of any crime in this locality. There great schools and hospitals nearby which I liked the most.
