Good things here

well developed area,close to metro coming soon , close to IT companies, good water source, well connected , nearby ATM , schools, market, hospital, transport. banks. shops.etc,Close to Sholinganallur junction. Houses and flat around.

There are many service centers available for cars in this area.There is a 32 Milestone Hotel here which is quite luxurious.Star Mall is opposite to 32 Milestone Hotel.

There is a water problem here, the roads get filled with water.Roads are being excavated every day.There is a lot of confusion on the way here.
