Good things here

Around the society, auto-rickshaws, cabs, and buses are readily available, and the roads are of good quality, facilitating convenient transportation. Cleanliness is well-maintained throughout the society, with all services provided in a timely manner. The construction is also of high quality, and despite the society being quite old, there haven't been any issues regarding construction thus far. read more

The society is quite old and lacks modern amenities such as a swimming pool or clubhouse. However, despite its antiquity, the society itself is quite pleasant. read more

The construction of this apartment is almost 22 years old, yet it remains heavily built with no problems encountered so far. The construction is very strong and sturdy, making it difficult to drill into the walls due to their thickness. The building is well-maintained by the maintenance team, with timely renovations carried out by the society. Although CCTVs are only installed at the entrance, cleanliness is routinely maintained, and dry and wet garbage is segregated. All functions and festivals are celebrated within the society, fostering good social cohesion and coordination among the residents. There is a 24-hour water and utility supply, including a PNC water connection. Bachelors are also allowed in the society, and the surrounding area is easily accessible, being connected to a highway with bus cabs readily available nearby. One of the major and best features of this society is its highway connectivity. Within a 100-meter radius, there are multiple restaurants, hospitals, malls, and schools. Additionally, the Mumbai-Pune highway is situated near the society itself, further enhancing connectivity. This standout feature makes the society highly accessible and convenient�for�residents. read more

Metro is not nearby the society, and the railway station is around 10 km away. Since this is an older construction, amenities were not included in residential life at that time. Therefore, this building lacks amenities like parking space, which is a major drawback. Additionally, the narrow space between buildings (just 1 meter) contributes to congestion issues. Being a 4-floor society, there are no lifts, solar panels,parking or power backup facilities provided by the builder. Security guards are also not available in these�societies. read more
