The neighbours are warm and hospitable. A security guard and CCTV cameras guarantee safety. The community has good access to public transportation, including cars, buses, and taxis. There are markets, hospitals, and schools nearby, and the roads are kept up nicely. The elevators operate smoothly, and garbage pickup occurs consistently. Water and electrical supplies are consistent. The structures are of excellent quality, with excellent ventilation and no problems with seepage, leaks, or termites. There are clubhouse, play area, and gym among the well-maintained amenities. read more

Things need improvement

Having only one lift is problematic, especially during busy times. Additionally, cracks on the walls in the apartments or flats are concerning. The absence of a swimming pool and garden is noticeable, leaving residents with fewer recreational options. Furthermore, the lack of dedicated parking space adds to the inconvenience, making it difficult for residents to find suitable parking for their vehicles. read more

Good things here

Society culture of this society is very good. It feels very good when all members of the society celebrate the festivals together, people are literally very good. no issues regarding water supply, electricals supply, etc. there are no issues regarding seepage, cracks etc. Security facilities are also okay, CCTV's are there. Autos and cabs are easily accessible , parking space is also sufficient. Garbage collection facilities are also provided by the society. Cleanliness is also taken care of. Overall, its a good society to live in . read more

Everything is good here and well maintained, the only issue is of lack of amenities. There are no gyms, swimming pools and club houses. these should be provided to cater to the recreational needs of the residents. read more

Good things here

I really like people in this society, they are very friendly, we celebrate festivals like holi, durga pooja, diwali together. Overall, society culture is very good. I'm not facing any issues such as water supply, electricity supply, etc. Issue resolution facilities are also good, Independent parking spaces are available, autos, cabs are easily accessible, roads are also properly maintained. Amenities like gyms, and public parks are also available. read more

Things need improvement

Sometimes, I face issues regarding seepage and cracks, however these get resolved quickly. Swimming pool is not available here. Apart from this, it's really a good place to live in. read more

Good things here

The society is in an excellent location with easy access to autos, buses, and cabs. It offers amenities like a gym and a swimming pool, which are all available and functional. The society is well-managed, and the neighbors are very friendly. There are no issues with seepage or leakage in the flats. I really appreciate how well everything is maintained and how friendly everyone is here. read more
