Good things here

Maintenance is good as the team is very active in addressing issues promptly and power backup available. Cleanliness is also maintained properly. Amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse are available, enhancing the overall living experience. The location is great, with supermarkets being available nearby read more

Things need improvement

Seepage issues exist on the outer side of the building, although not inside our flats. Water accumulation in the basement during the rainy season caused inconvenience. The metro station is far away, which made commuting less convenient read more

Good things here

I left the society 2. 5 years back. Metro station was proposed, not near by. I did not try for public transport but we used to get them. RWA used to take care of cleanliness. Gaps were filled by RWA. Layout of society was good. read more

Seepage was more near the ground. water pressure wqs also more. I also shifted because of seepage. People got everything done again because of seepage. read more

Connectivity in this society is lacking, making it necessary for residents to walk for about 15 minutes to reach the nearest bus stop. read more

Cabs are easily available in the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Water supply issues are also not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Garden area is also available. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available. read more

The connectivity of the society is average, public transports like auto are easily not available at a walkable distance outside the society. The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. read more
