The Society is made using light weight flyash bricks. Excellent construction quality , ample amount of parking also. read more

Ravet is a developing locality situated near the Mumbai Pune Expressway in Pune. The pin code for Ravet is 412101 and postal head office is Ordnance Factory Dehu Road. Sai Sagar Nagar, Punvale Bazar, Buddha Vihar, Jambe, Kotwal Nagar are the nearby localities to Ravet. Marathi is the native language in Ravet. Akurdi railway station is quite nearby to the locality at a distance of 4.8 km. Shiv Sena, NCP and BJP are the major political parties in this region. No major builders are present in this area, Evoke builders have a large township planned in Ravet comprising of 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments. 2 BHK is the most common room design in this locality. Ravet is directly connected to Shivajinagar through Aundh-Ravet road and to Mumbai Pune Expressway via Aundh-Wakad road.
