Good things here

The society boasts excellent construction quality with no seepage or termite issues. There is proper ventilation, good plaster and fitting, and regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation. Electricity and water supply are consistent, and the neighbours are humble and friendly. The society has good connectivity with easily available public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. Additionally, the roads are in good condition. read more

Things need improvement

The main drawback is the lack of modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, or even a garden in the society, which I find disappointing. Other than this, everything else is up to the mark. read more

Public transport is available just 1 min away from my house, four seater rikshaw are also available . No issues like leakage, seepage or cracks in the building. Good water and electricity supply. People in the society are quite friendly . Good security and parking facilities. read more

Things need improvement

Swimming pool, gym , clubhouse , park , such amenities are not available in the society which makes it a little boring to leave here, and residents who wants these facilities cab have a bad experience of being here. No other issues in the society. read more

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. There is a railway station which is 5 mins walking from the society. Electricity is also fine, no issues are faced. Common club house is available. The amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. Swings are alloted in the park. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. Paintings are done on time. All the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together, people are very friendly. read more
