Good things here

Living in this housing society has been a wonderful experience overall. The connectivity is quite good, with easy access to major roads and being only 400 meters away from Woodsquare Mall adds a lot of convenience for shopping and entertainment needs. The construction quality is solid, evident in the sturdy buildings that offer a sense of security and durability. The amenities provided are exceptional, catering to diverse interests and ensuring there's something for everyonefrom well-maintained parks and sports facilities to a variety of recreational options. The social life here is vibrant and inclusive, with frequent events that bring residents together, fostering a strong sense of community. One standout feature is the interactive play area for kids, which is well-designed and engaging, making it a favorite among families. Moreover, the residents are friendly and supportive, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere where people readily connect and help each other out. read more

Things need improvement

Despite its many positives, there are a few challenges in this housing society that residents should consider. One notable issue is the occasional difficulty in accessing public transportation, which can be inconvenient for those who rely on it for daily commuting or travel. This can sometimes result in longer wait times or the need to rely on alternative modes of transportation. While the amenities are impressive overall, there might be occasional overcrowding or competition for certain facilities during peak times, which can be a minor inconvenience read more

Good things here

I appreciate the society's solid ratings across various aspects. The connectivity is reliable with well-maintained roads, and amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and potentially a swimming pool contribute positively to the lifestyle here. The apartments are well-constructed with spacious interiors and minimal issues. Security measures like CCTV cameras add to the peace of mind, and the friendly atmosphere created by cooperative neighbors is a definite plus. read more

Things need improvement

However, there are a couple of areas for improvement. Parking space could be increased to better accommodate residents' needs. Additionally, the lack of nearby public transport options may pose challenges for commuting, which could be inconvenient for residents who rely on such services. read more

Good things here

Public transport like autos and rickshaws was available nearby. Local shops, markets, and grocery stores were also nearby. Cultural events like Holi, Diwali, and Durga Puja were celebrated. I had a covered parking space. read more

Things need improvement

There were different rules for owners and tenants in our society, leading to a lot of discrimination. Issues weren't taken seriously, especially for tenants. There was a lot of groupism, with owners receiving more priority. The badminton court floor was damaged, and maintenance for swimming wasn't sufficient. The lift frequently broke down. There were many cat lovers, but cleanliness around them was neglected, leading to odors. There was also fraud related to maintenance. read more
