Lush green parks with lot of greenery inside the premise. Cleanliness is of high level and regular maintenance is carried out without any comprmises. Easy availability of cabs, bus and autos makes it further convenient for the users to commute easily. Within a 4-kilometer radius, there are numerous local schools, colleges, hospitals, and markets. Fresh and low pollution environment describes this place the best. The power and water supply is excellent and you can reach here easily as the connectivity is not an issue. Ample parking space with good connectivity along with all the facilities available nearby are few plus points of this project. Safety is very good which is ensured by the trained security guards. read more

In terms of the location, it is well connected and in a prime location, which is quite good in comparison to other projects where cabs are early due to traffic jams, which is not the case here. There are numerous schools, colleges, and hospitals nearby, and a variety of public transport options. There are no safety concerns, and it is completely safe for both girls and senior citizens. This is one of the best projects because of the nice neighbourhood which is excellent. There are high class people who live here. So, despite the reasonable flat prices you get all the facilities which are difficult to find in other projects. The easy availability of autos, cabs, bus is additionally good. Safety is at par. Thanks to the dedicated security guards who are always attentive and makes sure that only known people are allowed inside. read more

The community's clean streets and security cameras provide excellent safety, allowing you to go on a night walk without fear. There are no power outages or water shortages, and thanks to the availability of businesses, malls, shopping complexes, gyms, clubs, and hospitals, everything is basically within walking distance. It's in such a great location that it contains everything you need, including a market, a park, and a bus stop. Low pollution levels as there is a lot of greenery inside the premises. Superb design and world class insfrastructure with all modern amenities. Thanks to the availability of security guards and CCTV cameras 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The, supermarkets, restaurants, and retail malls are all within walking distance. There are many clean and well- maintained parks and inside roads with street lights and low pollution levels makes it a nice place to stay. There is no power supply or water supply issues here. Spacious and well constructed homes with great view. read more
