Good things here

Cleaning and hygiene maintenance were excellent. The lifts, CCTV, and security were all in good working condition, so there were no issues. We celebrated all festivals together like Holi and Diwali, enjoying them thoroughly. There was covered parking available in the society where one could comfortably park a bike and a car. Public transport like autos and cabs was readily available nearby. There were malls, markets, local shops, and grocery stores all around the society. The construction quality was good, with effective ventilation. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, playground, and garden were all available. read more

Overall, everything was very good, and I liked the society. Hiranandani being a branded company ensured there were no major problems, making my experience enjoyable. read more

Good things here

The society has a supermarket within the premises, making shopping very convenient. Each resident has designated parking. The roads are well-maintained with no waterlogging issues outside the society. Regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry segregation is in place. The construction quality is good, with proper ventilation, plaster, and fitting. Modern amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are very friendly and cooperative. CCTV cameras and security guards are also available for safety. read more

Things need improvement

There used to be a seepage issue in my apartment, but it was repaired and hasn't been a problem since. A major issue is the unavailability of public transport such as autorickshaws and cabs. While the amenities are there, I don't use them much. Other than that, everything is great. read more
