The housing society is very good. It is one of the most peaceful places in Guwahati city. Shops, markets, and banks all are located within a 500 mts radius. There are lots of greenery in the area. Schools and colleges are located nearby. For any medical requirements, hospitals are reachable easily from the housing society.

Society remains clean. People like to walk along the streets as the area has wonderful scenery as it is connected to the mountain. The grocery shops are located within walking distance. Pollution is an issue in the area. Water shortage during the summer season is of major concern. Paltanbazar Railway Station is just 7 km from here.

The transportation system is well developed-cabs, buses, trackers, etc. are easily available. However, not all the roads are maintained properly.
