In our community, life is made simple and comfortable with a range of conveniences. Our building features reliable elevators, and we have CCTV cameras and security guards to keep us safe day and night. The construction quality is top-notch, so we don't have to worry about leaks or termites. Plus, our homes are well-ventilated, with sturdy walls and ceilings. When it comes to cleanliness, we've got it covered with regular garbage collection and separate bins for wet and dry waste. We never have to worry about power outages or water shortages because we have round-the-clock electricity and water supply. Parking is a breeze with designated spots for each resident, and our modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are always well-maintained. But what really makes our community special is the friendly atmosphere. Our neighbors are always there to lend a helping hand or celebrate festivals together. Inside my flat, proper ventilation and ample sunlight create a welcoming atmosphere throughout the year. The well-designed layout adds to the overall comfort, and I'm grateful that we don't face common issues like seepage or leakage thanks to the quality construction of the building. Things need improvement

There is a lot of dirt on the roads, the roads are not kept clean outside the roads. Facilities and amenities like swimming pool and play area are not available in the society. Gym is available but the condition is not good. Painting of exteriors are not done on time, painting is required. Rent of the society is high. read more

Ghansoli is a suburb in the Navi Mumbai area and is close to the Reliance corporate headquarters and the TTC Industrial area which has created a demand for housing in this area. Ghansoli is directly connected to Mulund by the Airoli bridge. The neighbourhood of Ghansoli include Maheshwar Nagar, Jijamata Nagar, Datta Nagar, Rable, Kopar Khairane and Shanti nagar, There is a kind of development boom in Ghansoli with 24 new projects of which 12 are still under construction. Most of the residential construction consists of apartments only and 80% are 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. There are very few 3 and 4 bedroom apartments and they are only around 20% of the total property. The arterial Thane Belapur road passes through Ghansoli and provides the vital link to Thane and the main line covering Chhatrapati Shivaji terminus to Kalyan.
