The connectivity of the society is excellent, with public transports like auto-rickshaws and cabs easily available within walking distance outside the society. Nearby, there are local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants, making essentials conveniently accessible. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Electricity is consistently available, and the residents are friendly and cooperative. Pet-related issues are not a concern in this society. The lifts are available and maintained properly. Additionally, CCTV is installed, and the security system is top-notch, with security guards on duty. read more

Things need improvement

I've noticed that the housekeeping services in our society have been lacking lately, with tasks often left incomplete and cleanliness standards not being met satisfactorily. It's frustrating having to constantly remind them to maintain the standards we expect. Along with this, we're facing a water crisis, which is causing significant challenges for us as residents. Moreover, the lifts have been experiencing frequent malfunctions due to a lack of maintenance, which is concerning for our safety and reliability. Overall, the upkeep of our society leaves much to be desired, highlighting the urgent need for improvement in our maintenance practices. read more

This society is kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. CCTV cameras are installed and it works all over the society. Lifts work properly and timely maintenance is done. The construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the apartments. There is a small park in the society for the kids to play. The neighbours are friendly and cooperative, festivals are celebrated in the society together. read more
